View-Master® reels and viewers were a big part of my childhood. “View-Master is the trademark name of a line of special-format stereoscopes and corresponding View-Master “reels”, which are thin cardboard disks containing seven stereoscopic 3-D pairs of small color photographs on film” (Wikipedia). Until this day I still have my Godzilla Talking View-master (GAF Corporation, 1978-9) and View-Master Monster Gift Pak (GAF, 1978). Growing up they were fixtures in the display of my small Godzilla collection.
Then the other day I woke up with the idea of making my own view-master reel! After a quick Google search I discovered Image3D. Image3D markets custom 3-D reels and viewers that are very affordable. I sorted my photos to find suitable images for testing and about a week later here is the viewer and reels.
Image3D can make your dream of view-master real come true! They did a great job! I highly recommend them. A viewer and reel are great for the collection and a wonderful way to showcase the MyKaiju Toy Photography.
