Perhaps the most memorable live-action television show opening is from Ultraman (1966). Its catchy theme song and the creative use of cutout ultraman, kaiju, and spacecrafts layered with brilliant typography and balanced with negative space began the pattern for future openings of the long-running TV series in history. I had an idea to create some of the slides that would appear in the opening of Shin Godzilla TV show. Since publishing on social media, it’s received over 1,200 likes on Twitter (Thank you Twitterverse!).
