「復活!怪獣王ゴジラ展にはゴジラ軍団の魅力がいっぱい」

“Resurrection! The Godzilla Exhibition, the King of Monsters, is full of the charm of the Godzilla army.”

G委員会では、ゴジラをより強く復活させるべく、幅広く ゴジラ怪獣軍団の歴史と魅力を一人でも多くの方に知って 頂く為、 去る5月3日札幌東急百貨店を皮切りに、7月27日 ~8月1日東京は渋谷東急東横店、8月3日~8月9日長野 東急、 8月12日~8月19日鹿児島山形屋､ とデパートをメイ ンにゴジラの戦闘ジオラマ, VTRと16mmフィルムによる1 作〜15作の予告編上映､ またポスターパネル、なつかしい商 品の展示等を行いました。 各会場有料にもかかわらず合計5 万2千人にのぼる入場者をお迎えすることができました。 渋 谷東横の会場にはGクラブ会員諸君の姿も多勢みかけること ができ、 事務局もただ感謝の一言です。

In order to make Godzilla revive more strongly, the G Committee will let as many people as possible know the history and charm of the Godzilla monster army corps, starting with Sapporo Tokyu Department Store on May 3rd, July 27-August 1 Tokyo is Shibuya Tokyu Toyoko store, August 3rd-August 9th Nagano Tokyu, August 12-August 19 Kagoshima Yamakataya, and the department store as the main Godzilla battle diorama, trailer screening of 1 to 15 works by VTR and 16mm film. We also exhibited nostalgic products. Despite the charge at each venue, we were able to welcome a total of 52,000 visitors. Many G-Club members can be seen at the venue next to Toyoko Shibuya, and the secretariat is just a word of gratitude.

入場者の年令層は、下は2~3歳､ 上は50代迄と広範囲に わたり女性のお客様も全体の30%を占め、改めてゴジラのキ ャラクターとしての人気の幅広さを確認することができまし た。

The age group of visitors is 2 to 3 years old, and the upper one is in their 50s, and female customers account for 30% of the total, so we ere able to confirm once again the wide range of popularity of Godzilla as a character.

さて、ゴジラの旧作に関するイベントはここでひとまず終 了し、 いよいよ来る10月からは4mのサイボットGが東京 日劇前をスタートに日本全国10大都市を新作キャンペーンと して廻ります。 このイベントには新作 「G」に登場するミニ チュア、スチール等、情報を満載し、ヒロイン沢口靖子クン も参加する予定です。(具体的なスケジュールは現在、事務 局で検討中)

By the way, the event related to Godzilla’s old work ends here for the time being, and from October, the 4m Cybot G will start in front of the Tokyo Japanese drama and will go around 10 major cities all over Japan as a new work campaign. This event will be packed with information on the miniatures and steels and the like that will appear in the new “G”, and the heroine Yasuko Sawaguchi will also participate. (The specific schedule is currently under consideration by the secretariat)
