科学者　芹沢博士は、水中のあらゆる　生物を　ほろぼす　オキシジェン•デストロイヤーを発明していた。

Dr. Serizawa, a scientist, invented an oxygen destroyer that destroys all living organisms in the water.

博士は　海中に　いる　ゴジラに　近づき、ついに　ゴジラを　たおしたが、発明が　兵器として　使われる　ことを　おそれ、自からの　命を　たった。

He approached Godzilla in the sea and finally beat Godzilla, but he feared that his invention would be used as weapons and so he gave his life.
