芹沢が酸素というものをあらゆる角度から研究し尽くした結果、偶然に発見した、膨大なエネルギーを生み出す薬剤。砲丸大のものがあれば、東京湾の酸素をすべて破壊して海中が墓場になってしまうという。堅牢なカプセルが作られ、芹沢がそれを海中で直接操作し、ゴジラを完全に消滅させてしまった。

As a result of Serizawa’s exhaustive research on oxygen from all angles, he accidentally discovered a drug that produces enormous amounts of energy. If there is something as big as a cannonball, it will destroy all the oxygen in Tokyo Bay and turn the sea into a graveyard. A robust capsule was created, and Serizawa operated it directly in the sea, completely annihilating Godzilla.

しきねでは、ジュラルミンケースに入れて保管されていた。カプセル内を海水で満たし、球体を割って薬剤を解放すると周囲の酸素が消滅し始める。

On the Shikine, it was stored in a duralumin case. When the inside of the capsule is filled with seawater and the sphere is broken to release the drug, the surrounding oxygen begins to disappear.
