『ゴジラ対メカゴジラ』のヒロイン、考古学者の金城(かなぐすく)冴子を演じた田島令子。首里大学考古学研究室の研究生で25歳という設定(実年齢より1歳上)で、知的で勇気のある女性を演じている。沖縄海洋博の前年に作られた作品らしく、冴子は海洋博の工事現場で発掘された壁画の解読をする。そこには「この世を滅ぼそうとする大怪獣が現れ、それを倒す2頭の怪獣も出現する」という予言が。そして建築技師·清水敬介(大門正明)と2人で、宇宙人と戦う物語だ。

Reiko Tajima played archaeologist Saeko Kanagasuku, the heroine of Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla. She is a research student at the Shuri University Archeology Laboratory and is 25 years old (one year older than her actual age), and she plays an intelligent and courageous woman. Her work seems to have been created the year before the Okinawa Ocean Expo, and Saeko deciphers a mural that was excavated at the Ocean Expo’s construction site. There is a prophecy that says, “A large monster will appear that will try to destroy this world, and two monsters will also appear to defeat it.” It is also a story where Keisuke Shimizu (Masaaki Daimon), an architectural engineer, fights against aliens.
