Then there was four, four boxes. After a long wait, the X-Plus Yuji Sakai Godzilla 1991 Soft Model Kit has arrived. I had the honor of creating the photography and typography for Master Sakai’s amazing GidoGoji. It was featured on Godzilla Store TV. It has brought my deep joy, satisfaction and thankfulness to see how the box art has been received.

パッケージの土汚れたイメージに塗装しました。
背ビレにはパールを薄く吹いて生で見た時の光沢感を出し、爪は普段より濃いめに。

I’ve worked on four packages for X-Plus, three of which for Master Sakai. Each had their unique challenges. I’ve try to improve with each project and package. I’m ever grateful to X-Plus for the opportunities they have afforded me.
