The saying goes “April showers bring May flowers.” But I would add “May brings book days too.” Mandarake and DHL deliver another great box day full of books. This one is special because I finally got my hands on a much sought after book for several years ago. Godzilla Monsters & Mysterious Beings Complete Works (ゴジラ怪獣怪人大全集１) had proven to be elusive and expensive until last week. Inside are vintage and iconic Showa photos with short explanatory captions. To make the purchase even better I found very inexpensive books along with it.
