｢ゴジラ」が製作された昭和29年は黒澤明監督の代表作「七人の侍｣, 木下恵介監督の代表作「二十四の瞳」などが生まれた年です。日本映画80年の歴史の中で,最も充実した年といえば、この昭和29年でしょう。 「ゴジラ」はそんな土壌の中に生まれました。
