大阪万博三菱未来館総合プロデューサー。 八尾高校から関西大学を経て、昭和 16 (1941) 年に東宝に入社。「ゴジラ」の基本設定や企画を形にしたのが田中友幸です。ゴジラシリーズをはじめとする特撮映画の製作に長く取り組んだほか、「潮 「」「細雪」 などの文芸作品も数多く手がけ、 日本映画界の名プロデューサーと評されています。

Osaka Expo Mitsubishi Minatomirai General Producer. He joined Toho in 1941 after passing through Kansai University from Yao High School. Tomoyuki Tanaka made the basic settings and plans of “Godzilla” a reality. In addition to working on special effects films such as the Godzilla series for a long time, he has also worked on many literary works such as “Shio” and “Sasameyuki”, and is regarded as a famous producer in the Japanese film industry.

大阪万博を終えてからは博覧会企画を行う日本創造企画株式会社 を設立し社長に就任しまし た。その後の「沖縄海洋博」「ポートビ 「科学万博つくば’85」「愛知万博」でも三菱未来館をプロデシュースしました。テーマのわかりやすさ、徹底した臨場感は観客の 心をつかみ、いずれも人気パピリオンの上位に入っています。

After the Osaka Expo, he founded Japan Creative Planning Co., Ltd., which organizes expositions, and became president. He also produced the Mitsubishi Minatomirai at the subsequent “Okinawa Kaiyo Expo,” “Portobi,” Science Expo Tsukuba ’85, “and” Aichi Expo.” The easy-to-understand theme and the thorough presence have captured the hearts of the audience, and both are ranked high in the popular pavilions.
