A strange thing happened yesterday as I was going through pictures from my first trip to Japan. I took a look at them last night and kinda freaked out at what I saw. I was disappointed that many of my prints had begun to severely fade, particularly my photo of the Wako department store (株式会社和光, Ginza Wako) clock tower in Ginza that Godzilla destroyed in his 1954 debut. I looked at that photo and saw something more. But first, here’s the classic shot.
