● ゴジラが最初にたたかったてきは、暴竜怪獣アンギラスだ。とても気のあらい怪獣で、せなかがとげだらけだったので、ゴジラも苦戦した。
● Godzilla’s first hit was the dragon monster Angilas. Godzilla also struggled because he was a very rough monster and was full of thorns.

身長60メートル、体重3万トン。脳がたくさんあり、うごきがすばりい。

● 日本の怪獣王ゴジラとアメリカの怪獣王キングコングの決戦。これは、ゴジラのたたかいの中でもっとも有名な名勝負だ。
● The decisive battle between Godzilla, the Japanese monster, and King Kong, the American monster. This is the most famous battle of Godzilla.
① キングコングは、南海のファロ島で、「きょだいなる魔神」とあがめられていた。
① King Kong was praised as “Kyodai Naru Genie” on Faro Island in the South Sea.
② キングコングは、島にあらわれた大だこもかんたんにたおした。
② King Kong easily beat the big octopus that appeared on the island.
③ そのころ、氷山の中でれいとうとうみんしていたゴジラがめざめた。
③ At that time, Godzilla, who was inside iceberg, woke up.

第1ラウンド
Round 1
④ ゴジラは日本へ上陸し、各地をおそった。
④ Godzilla landed in Japan and striking everywhere.
⑤ キングコングはねむらされえて、日本へはこばれた。
⑤ King Kong was sleepy and was sent to Japan.
⑥ 2大怪獣をたたかわれて日本をすくおうという作戦だ。
⑥ It is a strategy to save Japan by having the two big monsters.
⑦ キングコングは、じまんの怪力でゴジラにいどんだが、ゴジラにも、とくいのほうしゃ火炎があった。
King Kong went to Godzilla with his superhuman strength, but Godzilla also had an atomic flame.
⑧ キングコングは、ゴジラの火炎こうげきにやられてにだしてしまった。
King Kong was hit by Godzilla’s flames.
● 超怪力怪獣
キングコング
身長四十五メートル、体重二万五百トン。すごい怪力でたたく、ゴリラの大怪獣。
● Superhuman monster
King Kong
He is 45 meters tall and weighs 25,500 tons. A large gorilla monster that hits with great strength.

⑨ かちのこったゴジラも、高圧電流にはかなわない。しかし、キングコングは、その電気を自分のイネルギーにかえてしまった。
⑨ Even the rugged Godzilla cannot match the high-voltage current. However, King Kong turned the electricity into his own energy.
⑩ 元気になったキングコングは、東京で大あばれ。国会議事堂にのぼって、はしゃいでいた。
⑩ King Kong, who got well, was a big hit in Tokyo. He climbed up to the Parliament building and was flirting.
⑪ 自衛隊は、ふたたびコングをねむらせて、きょだいな風船をつけ、ゴジラのもとへはこんだ。
The Self-Defense Forces made Kong sleep again, put him on some balloons, and went into Godzilla.

⑬ ゴジラを地面にたたきつけるコング。

第2ラウンド
Round 2
⑮ ふたたびはじまった2大怪獣のたたかい。第2ラウンドは、富士山のふもとでくりひろげられ、どちらも全力をだしきってたたかった。
⑮ The battle of the two big monsters started again. The second round unfolded at the foot of Mt. Fuji, and both wanted to do their best.

⑯ またもゴジラがゆうせいかとおもわれたとき、とつぜんおそったかみなりのため、キングコングは元気をとりもどし、ほうしゃ火炎も平気なからだになった。
⑯ When Godzilla was thought to be dominant again, King Kong regained his energy and his body became calm because of the slowness.
⑰ しっぽをつかんてハンマーなげ！
⑰ He gripped the tail and hit the hammer!
⑱ がっぷりくみあう二大怪獣
⑱ Two big monsters meet each other
⑲ あっ、体重二万トンのゴジラがふつとんだ！
⑲ Oh, Godzilla weighing 20,000 tons is normal!

熱海城でのげきとつ！
Clash at Atami Castle!
⑳ 富士山からだんだんいどうしてきたニ大怪獣は、熱海城をはさんで第決戦！ついに、くみあったまま海へおち、ひきわけとなった。
⑳ The two big monsters that have gradually come from Mt. Fuji are in the decisive battle across Atami Castle! At last, they fell into the sea with the squeeze, and they was separated.
㉑ 海の中でまでたたかったが、勝負はつかなかった。
㉑ They wanted to fight in the sea, but they couldn’t compete.

● きょだいが怪獣
モスラ（成虫）
体長80メートル、体重1万5000トン。平和をこのむやさしい怪獣で、インファント島出身。
● A giant monster
Mothra (adult)
It is 80 meters long and weighs 15,000 tons. This gentle monster for peace from Infant Island.
① ゴジラにねらわれたたまごをまもるために、親のモスラがとんできた。
① Parent Mothra jumped to protect the eggs aimed at by Godzilla.
② モスラは、ゴジラもしっぽをつかみ、ひきずりまわした。
② Mothra grabbed Godzilla’s tail and dragged him around.
③ そして、たおれたゴジラめがけて急こうかし、どくのこなをあびせかけた。
③ Then, she hurriedly aimed at the fallen Godzilla, and showered him with powder.
④ 頭にきたゴジラは、モスラにほうしゃ火炎をはきかけた。
④ Godzilla, who came to his head, set a flame on Mothra.

⑤ 親はしんだが、たまごがかえり、子がうまれた。

⑧ 2ひきの幼虫モスラの口から、白い糸がはっしゃされ、ゴジラのからだをどんどんつつんでいった。
A white thread was struck from the mouths of the two Mothra larvae, wrapping Godzilla’s body steadily.
⑨ さすがのゴジラも、こうさん。幼虫モスラにまけてしまった。
⑨ As expected, Godzilla also was defeated. He lost to the Mothra larvae.

● 空の大怪獣
ラドン
体長50メートル、体重1万5000トン。2億年前のプテラノドンの一種。
● Large monster in the sky
Rodan
He is 50 meters long and weighs 15,000 tons. A type of pteranodon 200 million years ago.
① 阿蘇山の活闘でねむりをさまされたラドンが、空からゴジラに急こうかこうげき。もんどりうったゴジラは、湖にたおれこんだ。
① Rodan, who was asleep in the battle of Mt. Aso, rushed from the sky to Godzilla. Godzilla struck the water as he fell into the lake.
② 上空からしょうげき波でおそおうとするラドンを、にらみつけるゴジラ。
Godzilla glares at Radon, who attacks from the sky with a shock wave.
③ ラドンのくちばしこうげきを火炎でふせぐ。
Rodan’s mouth prevents the attack with flames.
④ しっぽのチョップがさくれつ！
④ The tail chop explodes!
⑤ けつきよく、この勝負は、決着がつかずにおわった。
⑤ The final decision, this game was not settled.

① いん石にのってキングギドラがやってきた。ギドラのパワーはものすごく、地球のどんなぶきもはねかえしてしまう。たて、地球怪獣軍！
① King Ghidorah came on a meteorite. Ghidorah’s power is tremendous, and any weapon on Earth will turn over. Stand up, Earth Monster Army!
② ゴジラとラドンをよぶモスラ。
② Mothra called Godzilla and Radon.
③ 3びきは、地球をまもるため、力をあわれてキングギドラにむかった。しかし、ギドラの引力光線はてごわかった。
③ The three monsters come together to protect the earth against King Ghidorah. However, Ghidorah’s gravitational rays were terrifying.
● 宇宙超怪獣
キングギドラ
身長百メートル、体重三万トン。金星をほろぼした宇宙怪獣。三つの口からだす引力光線は、すごいいりょくだ。
● Space Super Monster
King Ghidorah
He is 100 meters tall and weighs 30,000 tons. A space monster that smashed Venus. The light rays emitted from the three mouths are amazing.

④ 富士のすそ野をぶたいにして、四ひきのたたかいは、はてしなくつづいた。キングギドラのせんとう力はすさまじく、ゴジラ•ラドン•モスラの三怪獣をあいてに、ごかくにたたかった。
④ Set in the foothills of Mt. Fuji, the four-handed battle continued endlessly. King Ghidorah’s power was tremendous, and he struck evenly with the three monsters Godzilla, Rodan, and Mothra.

⑤ ギドラのもうこうげきにたおれたゴジラをたすけるため、ラドンが上空からまいおりてきた。
⑤ Rodan came from the sky to help Godzilla, who had already been attacked by Ghidorah.
⑥ 地球3大怪獣のみごとなチームワークに、さすがのキングギドラっも、だんだんうごきがにぶってきた。

① あのキングギドラが、X星人の手先となってふたたびゴジラたちにちょうせんしてきた。最初のたたかいは、X星でおこなわれた。
① That King Ghidorah has become the minion of the Planet X Aliens and was sent to Godzilla again. The first battle took place on Planet X.
② 第1ラウンドは、ゴジラ•ラドン組の勝利だった。
② The first round was a victory for Godzilla and Rodan.

③ 2度めのたたかいは、最初ギドラのほうがゆうせいだった。

① レッチ島の海からエビラがあらわれ、ゴジラを海中へさそいこんだ。
① Ebirah appeared from the sea on Letchi Island and invited Godzilla into the sea.
② ゴジラのほうしゃ火炎にとびあがるエビラ。
② Ebirah jumping into Godzilla’s radiant flame.
③ はさみをくいちぎり、ゴジラがかった。

① キングギドラ三度めのしゅうげき。キラアク星人にあやつられ、地球怪獣軍とたたかった。
① King Ghidorah’s third attack. He was struck by the Kilaak Aliens and struck by the Earth Monster Army.
● キラアク星人
電波で怪獣をコントロールして、地球をせいふくしょうとする金属人間。女しかいない。
● Kilaak Aliens
A metal human who controls monsters with radio waves and tries to blame the earth. They were women only.
② キラアク星人は、ゴジラたちもあやっつてあばれされた。
(2) The Kilaak Aliens were rampaged by Godzilla and others.

⑤ 力をあわれてたたかう地球怪獣たち。アンギラスは、ギドラにかみついてはなさない。

⑥ 強てきキングギドラも、たくさんの怪獣があいてではかなわず、にげるにもにげられなくなってしまった。
⑥ Even the strong King Ghidorah couldn’t compete with the many monsters, and even if he escaped, he couldn’t get away.
⑦ キングギドラは、とうとうダウン。ミニラも大よろこびだ。
⑦ King Ghidorah is finally down. Minya is also very happy.

① ミニラをいじめるガバラ。
① Gabara who bullies Minya.
② よわいものいじめをするガバラの前に、おこつたゴジラがたちはだかった。
② Godzilla was angry in front of Gabara, who was bullying the weak.
● 凶悪怪獣 ガバラ
身長53メートル、体重2万3000トン。怪獣島にすむ、がま怪獣。
● The Evil Monster Gabara
He is 53 meters tall and weighs 23,000 tons. A toad monster that lives on Monster Island.
③ 怪獣王ゴジラにあっては、怪力のガバラも歯がたたなたきのめされてしまった。
③ The super strong Gabara, who hit Godzilla, the monster king, is also toothless.
とどめは、ゴジラのせおいなげだ！

① 駿河湾がら上陸したヘドラに、ゴジラがいどむ。
① Godzilla challenges Hedorah who has landed in Suruga Bay.
② ゴジラは、ヘドラのしっぽをつかんでふりまわす。
2 Godzilla grabs the tail of Hedorah and swings it around.
③ ヘドラがひこうスタイルに変身。どくガスをまきちらして、ゴジラをくるしめる。
③ Hedorah transforms into a flying style. He sprinkled poisonous gas and afflicted Godzilla.

身長六十メートル、体重四万八千トン。宇宙怪獣で、ヘドロをたべてどんどん大きくなった。
● Pollution Monster Hedorah
He is 60 meters tall and weighs 48,000 tons. A space monster, he ate sludge and grew bigger and bigger.
④ ますますきょだい化したヘドラは、目から光線をはっしゃした。
④ The ever-growing Hedorah fired rays from his eyes.
⑤ しかし、ゴジラは、全力をふりしぼつてヘドラにたちむかった。
⑤ However, Godzilla tried his best to reach Hedorah.
⑥ ゴジラのほうしゃ火炎と、とくしゅん電極板の電気で、ヘドラをもやす作戦。
⑥ A strategy to burn Hedorah with Godzilla’s flame and electricity from electrode plates.
⑦ ひこう体形でゴジラにせまるヘドラ。
⑦ Hedorah approaches Godzilla in a flying form.
