ついにゴジラの偽物が現われる。その偽物はさらに、ロボットとして作られたメカゴジラとしての本性を現わす。前作に続いて、侵略者から地球を守るべく戦うヒーローとして、より親しみの持てる造形となったゴジラ。修繕の跡が多々見られる着ぐるみのボディは流 用だが、頭部は前作の流れを維持しつつも新造され、より好感の持てる、ゴジラ映画では最も童顔のゴジラとなった。 親近感のあるルックスが強調されたゴジラではあるが、攻撃を受けて首から血を噴出するダイレクトな描写も見られた

Finally, a fake Godzilla appears. The fake also reveals the true nature of MechaGodzilla made as a robot. Following the previous work, Godzilla has become a more familiar model as a hero who fights to protect the earth from invaders. The body of the costume, which has many traces of repairs, is diverted, but the head is newly built while maintaining the flow of the previous work, making it the most likable Godzilla with a baby face in the Godzilla movie. Although Godzilla emphasizes the familiar looks, there was also a direct depiction of being attacked and spewing blood from the neck.

富士山麓から出現したゴジラは偽者で、その正体は侵略ロボット、メカゴジラであった。コンビナートでのメカゴジラとの戦いでダメージを受けたゴジラは、落雷を浴びつつ回復を遂げ、沖縄でのメカゴジラとの戦いで窮地に陥っていたキングシーサーのもとに駆け付け、再びメカゴジラと対峙した。

Godzilla that appeared from the foot of Mt. Fuji was a fake, and its identity was an invading robot, MechaGodzilla. Godzilla, who was damaged in the battle with MechaGodzilla in the complex, recovered while being exposed to lightning strikes, rushed to King Caesar who was in trouble in the battle with MechaGodzilla in Okinawa, and confronted MechaGodzilla again.

自らの体を帯電体質にしたゴジラはメカゴジラを引き寄せ、その 身を粉々に粉砕するのだった。

Godzilla, whose body was charged, attracted MechaGodzilla and shattered it into pieces.

本作のゴジラの着ぐるみは、前作『ゴジラ対メガロ』で新規に造形され、テレビの『流星人間ゾーン』にもゲスト出演したものが流用された。

The costume of Godzilla of this work was newly modeled in the previous work “Godzilla vs. Megalon,” and the one that appeared as a guest in “Zone Fighter” on TV was also diverted.

頭部や背ビレなど、着ぐるみの各部には修正の跡が見られ、ファイティングスピリットに溢れた新たなゴジラ像が、見事に確立された。なお、偽者ゴジラの単体での登場シーンでは、通常のゴジラ。ゴジラと偽者ゴジラが対峙するコンビナートのシーンでは、通常のゴジラの着ぐるみとアトラクション用の着ぐるみの両者が駆使された。

Marks of correction were seen in each part of the costume, such as the head and back fins, and a new Godzilla statue full of fighting spirit was brilliantly established. In addition, in the appearance scene of the fake Godzilla alone, it is a normal Godzilla. In the complex scene where Godzilla and the fake Godzilla confront each other, both the normal Godzilla costume and the attraction costume were used.
